Cancellation Policy of WOSHE Fragrance

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Requests for cancellation beyond this timeframe will be subject to review.
Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fees will be charged if the request is made within the specified cancellation period. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply, covering processing and handling costs.
Shipping Confirmation: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of product defects, shipping errors, or other extenuating circumstances. Customers must contact our customer service team promptly to report any issues.

Refund Process:

Approved Cancellations: If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Credit for Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even for approved cancellations. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Booking Confirmation:
- The advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Without the advance payment, the booking remains unconfirmed and may be released to other clients.
Payment Terms:
- The remaining balance, if applicable, must be settled as per the terms of the contract or service agreement.
